Pre Owned 2009 Fender Custom Shop ‘56 Relic Stratocaster Desert Sand Maple Neck With OHSC

 We've got a winner here for you - a killer Custom Shop '56 Strat.  For anyone wanting a vintage styled Strat with modern playability, at a great price, this is a real score.

This limited run model from 2009 features a premium ash body, a one-piece large U-shaped maple neck with 9.5"-radius maple fingerboard and 6105 frets.  It's full tone, powered by three custom-designed single-coil pickups with a hum-canceling reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup.  Other features include five-way switching, American Vintage synchronized tremolo bridge, vintage-style tuners and a single-ply parchment pickguard.  The guitar has a great "U" neck profile (measuring .880" at the 1st fret and .980" at the 12th fret).  For fans of this neck shape, this is a perfect '56 Strat.   The Relic finish that the Custom Shop applied was extremely well done and "realistic".  It's especially cool in Desert Sand, a color rarely seen.

It's been set up to play perfectly by the techs in our shop - it's like butter, if butter was tone generating.  It includes the original hardshell case and Certificate of Authencity.  For those wanting a high quality, super cool Strat with a lot of vibe, that won't break the bank, here it is!
