Get those Classic lows with this Eastwood Classic 4 Bass in Walnut! This is semi-hollow bass that brings you those legendary thumpy low end tones. It's got it all the looks, feel, and sounds of the iconic '60s basses. We just took this one, with come honest player wear to give it some character - and as a bonus, it comes with a nice hardshell case.
This Eastwood Classic 4 comes with a bound laminated arched maple body with an arched maple top with the ever-classic bounded "F"-holes. This body design inspired by the famous 60's "Country Classic" bass guitars. It's got a 30" scale with double binding on the body with a tasty Walnut gloss finish. The bound rosewood fingerboard comes with Sharks Teeth Inlays with a 1 1/2" nut width.
Experience the sonic blast of two EW-Retro humbuckers. These pickups deliver thick, rich tones that compliment its semi-hollow body. Two volume, a Master Tone, and 3-way selector is all you need to find your favorite sounds. The floating wood bridge brings authentic vintage sustain and tones with a trapeze tailpiece. The Gotoh style tuners keep you in tune with style.
The techs in our shop have setup the bass to play perfectly. It's in good condition - as mentioned, there's some wear on it but nothing too significant. The pickguard is the most worn; we thought about removing it but felt that the bass looked cool with it. Overall, the bass a nice vintage vibe. Also, FYI, the previous owner had installed aftermarket strap locks, so you can't put a strap on unless you have the other ends or replace them. You do get a hardshell case, which is great as it would be hard to find one that fits this bass. All in, this Eastwood Classic 4 is a great value!
