The Goth ’58 Explorer adds a fresh element to a classic favorite, boasting a sleek Pitch Black finish that sets it apart in our Goth lineup. Its distinctive body shape and pointed headstock were revolutionary when it debuted in 1958, making it far ahead of its time. Only a limited number of the iconic instruments were made at the renowned Kalamazoo factory, and now those remaining are highly sought-after collectibles worth up to $500,000. However, Epiphone reintroduced this one-of-a-kind legend with a modern twist.
This particular guitar features premium upgrades with a Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Overwound JB humbucker in the neck and Seymour Duncan Designed humbucker in the neck. And, it's visually improved with a Stormtrooper sticker!
The guitar is in great shape, has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop. As an added bonus, this Epiphone Goth Explorer comes with a really nice form fitted soft case - those that know, know how hard it can be to find something to fit an Explorer.
