The Plexi-Drive Mini is a great overdrive pedal with a unique gain structure that covers everything from Vintage ’68 style Plexi tones to the all-out massive rock tones of a JTM-45 cranked to ten, or even eleven! Featuring a Mid Boost circuit switch never before seen on a Wampler Plexi-style pedal, the Tone and Gain controls in conjunction with this switch provide remarkable tonal versatility from a mini pedal. Players frequently use Tumnus, Clarksdale, and other OD-type pedals to enhance their Plexi-Drive or Deluxe settings - with the Mini, Brian modified the gain stage and EQ of the Mid Boost circuit for an even more spectacular effect! Plus, the special Bass Boost switch is inspired by the sonic divergence between 4x12 and 2x12 speaker cabs. This pedal is in very good condition.
